From the programme: This fascinating session will bring together two writers who have looked into the past to make sense of the present: Sheela Bannerjee's book What's in a Name is a personal journey to reveal the worlds which gave rise to what we are called, while Preeti Dhillon's The Shoulders We Stand On: How Black and Brown people fought for change in the United Kingdom tells the stories of ten remarkable movements from the 1960s to the 1980s. Chaired by Primadonna Sabeena Akhtar.
